Service Description
For educators, caregivers, administrators, and anyone wanting support on their intercultural awareness journey. Self-guided, supported by an accountability partner who will ask the questions needed to unpack years of socialized thinking across identity categories. Gain insight into the intercultural challenges you face and identify intercultural competence development goals important to you, access a theoretically proven assessment instrument to gain an increased understanding of how you perceive and respond to differences and commonalities, and identify and engage in targeted reflections to increase your intercultural mindset in intercultural experiences. A 6-9 month commitment is required. Two pricing packages are available.
